Find all program options of the Daily Workouts and all Extra Programs and more through my.streetparking.com. This site will direct you to EVERYTHING you need for your Street Parking membership experience.

Each Daily Workout contains demo videos, Coaches Notes, Customizations, Mama Modifications and the ability to simply log your results to be added to your Logbook.

When it comes to Programs A, B, and C - these are NOT levels. The daily program options vary based on the equipment found in each workout. Make no mistake -- the dumbbell version (Program A) is not EASIER than the barbell version of the same workout! Dumbbells oftentimes are more simple to learn the movements with and many people have success starting with those first.

Remember - even if you don’t have a specific piece of equipment available (such as a pull up bar) the workout description will give customizations for every movement!

You have FITNESS FREEDOM to mix and match program options, or even mix in equipment you might have at home, like kettlebells instead of dumbbells.


 

The dumbbell of the daily workout. You will still see things like pull ups, wall balls, box jumps, running, etc. but subs for those are ALWAYS provided. All you really need for ANY Program A workout is a pair of dumbbells.

The barbell version of the daily workout. If a primarily dumbbell movement (such as Devil Press) is programmed, you’ll usually find the barbell plate option programmed here.

Just think of this as the version to check for “other options” -- if there is running in the daily workout, in Program C you will find the rower/bike options. Sometimes we add the sandbag version instead of dumbbells or barbell. Every now and then we will even include a "glory days" option where things like Handstand Push Ups or Bar Muscle Ups get added in for some extra skill fun!

SHIFT is a more simple version of the daily workout. (Ask anyone who has been around Street Parking though, ‘simple does not mean easy!’) In SHIFT programming the workouts and movements are similar, but maybe less weight, less reps, or a more simple version of the movement that you will find in Program A or B for that day. Because they aren’t a COMPLETELY different workout, they act as a fantastic gateway to the regular programming when you feel ready.

SHIFT is the perfect place to start if you are new to this type of training or getting back to working out. These workouts are also great for pregnant/postpartum mamas, those returning from illness/injury, seniors, even kids.

Looking for a specific type of workout?

The Extra Programs are over 40 different series with a variety of "fitness genres" to choose from, including Endurance, Strength, Sandbag, Butts & Guts, Suns Out Guns Out, Bro Sessions, Tactical, Diagnostics, Bodyweight/Skill work sessions (like to improve push ups or pull ups) and more.

These programs and sessions are optional but can help you focus on a specific type of training or build a specific skill. Every program includes guidance on how to add them if you choose to do so. Explore all Extra Programs HERE

Unwind/Recover - Street Parking Maintenance has been designed for just that. Utilize these easy to follow yoga flow videos that target specific needs and areas of the body, ranging from 5-25 minutes in length that you can do anytime you want to relax, mobilize, stretch or refresh mentally and physically.

  • Questions for coaches? Need some tips on form? Looking for some cues or insight on specific movements or the intentions behind the workouts? In the private Facebook group, add #spcoaching to your post/video and an SP Coach will be there to help! You can also search the group using #spcoaching and see tips from the coaches!

  • We recommend you follow the SP coaches on Instagram for their tips in stories, posts, or to see their take on the daily workouts since we are all doing SP right along with you!

  • Check out the Coaches’ Roundtable on the Street Parking YouTube channel for discussions on fitness, nutrition, the workouts, philosophy and so much more with Miranda, Julian, Jeb and Alex

  • Check out the Street Parking Unlocked Series - a newsletter series dedicated to providing insight into the Street Parking culture, philosophy and experience. This is a great starting place to look into the 'why', 'what' and 'how' on a variety of topics such as "do I need to do more than just the daily workout to see great results?" or 'how do I mix in the Accessory workouts?" or "how many rest days do you recommend based on my experience?"


Movement & Technique Videos

Don't know what a certain movement is or want a refresh on how to move correctly through a movement? We have two diferent libraries for you to utilize!

  • Movement Libray: This library is strictly demo videos of ALL the movements we programs at Street Parking.
  • Technique Libray: This library provides vidoes of different movents and gives you specific coaching tips and points of performance to help you move better.

New to this type of training?

  • Utilize the 12 sessions in the On Ramp Extra Program to help build confidence in the movements and workouts before starting with the SHIFT Daily Workouts

  • Check out our Welcome Home Coaching Guide where we take you through the basics of each movement and provide resources for recovery, mobility, and more! This is a great resource for those that are looking get more insight and breakdown of specific movements.

Community

We encourage you to join the private Street Parking Members Facebook Group, a page dedicated to creating an inclusive community for all active Street Parking members. We use the page to share information from SPHQ and coaches, for our community to interact, ask and answer questions, provide feedback, and to encourage and support one another.


Nutrition

We have a team of dedicated nutrition-focused coaches available to answer questions, provide guidance, support and resources for all members whether it’s in the private social media pages or via newsletters and weekly recipes. There’s no extra cost for this ongoing general support, especially since our Facebook community (along with our coaches there) actively discuss nutrition tips, recipe ideas, and more. We also encourage all SP members to participate in one of our Nutrition Challenges throughout the year.

Challenges & Groups

We have 5 Street Parking Challenges every year to help the community build consistent fitness and nutrition habits, stay motivated, and connect with the SP community! The goal of ALL our challenges is to help our members find CONSISTENCY. We encourage all members to join in one of these challenges at some point, as it’s a proven opportunity for you to create healthy, sustainable habits in a supportive, positive and fun environment with the Street Parking community.
