Street Parking, Inc. ("Street Parking") has developed a workout program for those too busy, don’t have access to, can’t afford, or do not have a regular gym. Street Parking’s program also includes nutrition advice, and a community where like-minded individuals can find support in achieving their fitness goals.

Use of terms such as "we" and "our" refers to Street Parking, its members, affiliates, partners and all other subsidiaries under the Street Parking umbrella including any organization that may acquire or merge with Street Parking in the future. Use of terms such as "our website," “our app”, “our platform”, or "site" refers to either the Street Parking app, platform, or website at streetparking.com or Street Parking member websites.

This Privacy Policy describes current Street Parking practices for gathering, storing, using and disseminating information collected online, or through the use of the streetparking.com website, app, or platform. By visiting streetparking.com or using the app or platform you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you are using any services offered by Street Parking (the "Services"), whether through this website, app, platform, subsidiary sites or affiliate sites, Street Parking may collect personal information about you including billing and shipping addresses, credit card purchasing information, Services information and Services order information. In addition, Street Parking collects any comments, feedback, suggestions, contact history and other personal data anytime information is posted to the Street Parking website, app, or platform.

Street Parking collects personal information when you: (1) register with Street Parking, (2) become a Street Parking customer, (3) use the streetparking.com website, app, or platform, (4) provide comments or submit a problem to Street Parking, (5) request information from Street Parking and provide your name, email or any other return contact information, or (6) respond to special offers, promotions or marketing material. If you are a Street Parking member and/or are involved in a transaction with any Street Parking, Street Parking will retain your information to support the transaction. Contact information provided by you in connection with support issues, problems, comments or requests is used only to respond to such issues, problems, comments or requests and may be used as necessary to respond to individual issues, problems, comments or requests. Street Parking may use personal information to provide updates, promotions, marketing material, and other business purposes related to making available the features and functions of the Services. C. Information Review & Modifications

If you are a Street Parking member, you may add, modify or update your personal information by contacting Street Parking through support@streetparking.com. Notwithstanding any changes or modifications, Street Parking may retain transactional history in order to document a transaction you may have had with Street Parking.

D. Cookies

"Cookies" are data files that are sometimes downloaded to your personal computer upon visiting the streetparking.com website which permits the Street Parking server to identify your browser whenever you interact with the streetparking.com website. Street Parking uses cookies to recognize repeat visits by users of its site and to collect information about its users' interactions.
