Remember: there's no extra cost for this ongoing general support, especially since our Facebook community (along with our coaches there) actively discuss nutrition tips, recipes, and more.

Nutrition Templates

Available to active members for a minimal one time fee of $50.These templates have been designed consistent with the Street Parking workout philosophy: they are simple, yet effective. Nutrition often gets over-complicated and overwhelming whether you are just starting out on developing better nutrition habits or have been at it for a while. We have put together a template that is specified to your gender, weight range and goals (performance, fat loss or postpartum/breastfeeding), which is simple to follow while providing sustainable results.

Each template provides you with the following:

  • Detailed instructions of how to use the template, regardless of if you want to jump in or gradually work into using it.

  • A layout of 4 meals and 1 post-workout meal in terms of how many servings of proteins, carbs, fats and vegetables you should consume at each meal

  • Suggestions for how to modify your meals if you are having a rest day or prefer to have higher carbs around your training.

  • A food chart, which lists the suggested proteins, carbs, fats and vegetables, we recommend (NOT every food is included on this list - we keep it simple.)

Postpartum Nutrition Templates

Initial Postpartum Questionnaire, Template, Instructions and Food List

ONE ON ONE CHECK-IN OPTIONS:
You will get the opportunity to work closely with one of the Street Parking Nutrition Coaches to help you with your postpartum plan. You will be required to track things daily and share with your coach on a 2 week basis. In these check-ins we will asses how you are feeling and areas we can make changes based off how you are progressing and feeling. This is also a great way to ask questions to make the plan work specifically for your lifestyle, needs, food preferences or intolerance's.

Assessment + One On One Check-ins

ONE TIME ASSESSMENT  | $50

This option would be a one time assessment with one of the Street Parking Nutrition coaches. This would be a great option for someone who is pretty dialed with their nutrition and has a good grasp of what is working for their body, but needs some general guidance on making small changes or tweaks. 
Please note: We do not recommend the one-time assessment for anyone that struggles with accountability or finding consistency with their diet.  

ONE ON ONE CHECK-IN OPTIONS:

This 1:1 options below is for someone who already has a template! Maybe you have been doing it on your own for a while and want to know how you can personalize it or make the template work better for you! Maybe you have lost weight, are stuck at a plateau, or are having trouble knowing what (if any tweaks) you could make.

You will be required to track things daily and share with your coach on a 2 week basis.  In these check-ins we will asses how you are feeling and areas we can make changes based off how you are progressing and feeling.
