Nutrition Templates

Available to active members for a minimal one time fee of $50.These templates have been designed consistent with the Street Parking workout philosophy: they are simple, yet effective. Nutrition often gets over-complicated and overwhelming whether you are just starting out on developing better nutrition habits or have been at it for a while. We have put together a template that is specified to your gender, weight range and goals (performance, fat loss or postpartum/breastfeeding), which is simple to follow while providing sustainable results.

Each template provides you with the following:

  • Detailed instructions of how to use the template, regardless of if you want to jump in or gradually work into using it.

  • A layout of 4 meals and 1 post-workout meal in terms of how many servings of proteins, carbs, fats and vegetables you should consume at each meal

  • Suggestions for how to modify your meals if you are having a rest day or prefer to have higher carbs around your training.

  • A food chart, which lists the suggested proteins, carbs, fats and vegetables, we recommend (NOT every food is included on this list - we keep it simple.)

Postpartum Nutrition Templates

1:1 NUTRITION COACHING

Members have the option of adding on 1:1 coaching with a Street Parking Nutrition Coach to help with accountability and guidanc e. This coaching is 6- or 12-weeks (for $100 and $180, respectively) and includes bi-weekly check-ins. In these check-ins, you will share with your coach your progress over the prior 2 weeks, ask questions and receive feedback. Your coach will also be available for questions any time throughout that period.

6 WEEK OPTION | INITIAL ASSESSMENT + 3 ONE ON ONE CHECK INS | $100

One on one's will include a Q and A before starting, followed by 3 more check-ins a week  2-4-6. In these check-ins we will assess how you are feeling and areas we can make changes based off of how you are progressing and feeling. This is also a great way to ask questions to make the plan work specifically for your lifestyle, needs, food preferences or intolerances.

Nutrition Challenges

Street Parking challenges are open to all active members and happen a few times a year. Our community loves them and have had some incredible, long-lasting transformations. The challenges are always built on providing more info and support in a moderately competitive - while still encouraging -  environment. The challenges also help create a transformative experience, not just a quick fix for several weeks, as we focus on overall health indicators such as water intake, sleep and recovery as well.
