When it comes to Programs A, B, and C - these are NOT levels. The daily program options vary based on the equipment found in each workout. Make no mistake -- the dumbbell version (Program A) is not EASIER than the barbell version of the same workout! Dumbbells oftentimes are more simple to learn the movements with and many people have success starting with those first.
Remember - even if you don’t have a specific piece of equipment available (such as a pull up bar) the workout description will give customizations for every movement!
You have FITNESS FREEDOM to mix and match program options, or even mix in equipment you might have at home, like kettlebells instead of dumbbells.
