SHIFT Upper Body Bias Warm Up

 

This warm up will get your blood pumping and heart rate up while focusing on the upper body. You’ll spend a good bit of time moving and loosening up your shoulders to make sure they’re prepared for the workout. You should expect this warm up to take 8-10 minutes to move through at a steady pace.
