SHIFT General Warm Up
This warm up should take you anywhere from 8-10 minutes to complete and will help to prepare you for pretty much any SHIFT workout. Start off nice and slow through the first round then gradually increase your speed and intensity as you work through the second and third round.

10 Bootstrappers
20 High Knees (in place)
10 Sit Ups OR 30-sec Dead Bugs
10 Spiderman Lunges w/Reach (5 per side)
