Time To Register For The Fall Into Consistency Challenge!
It's that time again! Our fourth annual Fall Into Consistency Nutrition Challenge REGISTRATION IS LIVE! This challenge is all about getting back to the basics and focusing on building consistency with your nutrition after the busy summer months.
This year we have two track options for you to choose from: Shift Track or Advanced Track. We realize that our community has some members that are comfortable with managing their nutrition, and some that might need things scaled back a bit for a variety of reasons. Just like our workouts, the ‘Shift Track’ will still have a similar elements as the Advanced Track, but we will slightly scale back the daily tasks and demand to create something that is manageable and not overwhelming. We will use our Street Parking Nutrition templates as our foundations for BOTH tracks.

FALL INTO CONSISTENCY CHALLENGE: What is it?
WHAT THIS CHALLENGE WILL ENTAIL:
Use of the Street Parking Nutrition Templates for your current weight range and goal (fat loss, maintenance/performance or postpartum), with food lists to follow from. No macro tracking/math required! Just follow the template and you're gold! We will be providing recipes with directions on how to adjust for your specific servings.
The option to pick from either the Shift or Advanced Track - See below for more details on each track!
Daily points for following the templates, food lists, workouts, sleep goals and more!
Support from your SP community and nutrition team, Molly and Michelle, to help you be successful (both on the FB page and via emails and posts on the Member’s Only webpage) with juicy nuggets of nutrition information!

SHIFT OR ADVANCED TRACK?
SHIFT TRACK DETAILS
The Shift Track will follow the same layout and format to the Small Group Nutrition Coaching 6-week support group. We have run 5 groups through this progression and we had such amazing feedback we want to offer it to the community for this challenge. It will have a slightly different feel from the Small Group Coaching because there is less 1:1 interaction with the coaches and the group is smaller. But, the content and layout will be the same.
WHO IS THIS TRACK FOR?
Someone that needs to focus on the basics and gradually implement changes to their diet and lifestyle.
Someone that struggles with the ALL OR NOTHING approach to their nutrition and needs helps adapting the #morethannothing approach to their nutrition
Someone that struggles with going REALLY hard in nutrition challenges, but can’t find balance their nutrition outside challenges.
Someone that bought a Street Parking Nutrition template and was too overwhelmed to start because of so many changes at once.
Someone that has been wanting to try the Street Parking Nutrition Templates, but perhaps is too intimidated or uncertain to start.
ADVANCED TRACK DETAILS
This track will be a faster approach to implementing change to your diet and daily habits. We will dive right into following the Street Parking Nutrition Templates without a progression or scaling option.
WHO IS THIS TRACK FOR?
Someone that has been following the Street Parking Nutrition Templates for a while or someone who has used it previously.
Someone that has a little more experience with their nutrition and feels comfortable weighing and measuring foods.
CHALLENGE DETAILS
Challenge Dates:
September 14th - October 25th
Registration Dates:
Wednesday, September 2nd - Thursday, September 10th
(registration closes at 4:00pm PST) *
There will be NO registrations allowed after this date, so please support the SP support team and DO NOT wait until the last minute!
The LAST DAY for a spouse or a new member to join Street Parking in time for the challenge is BEFORE September 9th at 12PM PST.

COST: $20.00 PLUS the Street Parking Nutrition Templates if you don't already own one! Templates are usually $50.00 but when you register for the challenge you will get $10 off!
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS YEAR?
We will NOT be using Wodify Rise for registering and logging daily points. Instead, you will register through the link below and be provided with a checklist to keep track of your points each day/week. At the end of each week you will receive a link to submit your points. There will be no daily leaderboard - we will select random winners for prizes at the end of the challenge!

HOW TO REGISTER
You must be a CURRENT member with an active membership to participate. If you have a family member, coworker, friend, or heck your mailman who wants to join the challenge, please have them join Street Parking HERE first. Friendly reminder we are doing a promo for a 3 month Street Parking Membership for $39!
You will click the link below to register for the challenge. When you register you will sign up for the track you want to participate in - SHIFT or Advanced. PLEASE take your time and read over each track and watch the video in this newsletter explaining each track before you commit to which one you want to do!
When you sign up you will be asked if you currently own a Street Parking Template. If you DO NOT have a template please make sure you purchase one while you are registering for the challenge so it will give you the $10 off the template. If you have purchased a ANY Street Parking Template in the past you are good to go for the challenge and do NOT need to purchase it again!
We will be distributing the welcome packets for both tracks AFTER registration has closed on Friday, September 11th before the end of the day!
