WE BROKE INSTAGRAM.... AGAIN.

WHEN WILL THEY LEARN? 

We've been kicked out of Instagram for a week! Forget #blamesalvi ... this time around it's #blameinstagram for not believing that Street Parking is an online-based business that ACTUALLY is full of people who interact with their community and are not just a bunch of bots! 

That's right, sometimes Instagram thinks Street Parking has hired a service to interact and follow accounts of our members! We have tried explaining to them how we use the @streetparkingmembers page -- unfortunately Instagram customer service basically doesn't exist and there are algorithms in place that mess things up. (That's some #techspeak at its finest, right?!) So Thursday night (3/5) it happened again, and this time we have been blocked from posting for a WEEK! 

The GOOD news is - just like when Members Only website was down - we don't have just ONE place that you can go to see the workouts! 

So for those of you who are brand new to SP or are super Insta users, here's what you can expect while we are on our timeout: 

WHERE TO FIND THE DAILY WORKOUTS
(with DEMO VIDEOS): 

Members Only website: it's still getting some work done with layout and connecting missing pages, but the Daily workoutsSHIFT workouts and Accessory Programs are ALL THERE and working! And of course, so are all the Extra ProgramsRecipesMaintenance and more. 

Email: Check your inbox as we will be emailing them out to you this weekend! In fact, we've included Saturday 3/7 workout in this email to make sure you have it in time! 

Street Parking Members Facebook Group: we will post the videos and daily workouts there until we are back on Instagram

Text Messages: for our U.S. based members, you can sign up to receive daily texts of the workouts with links for watching the demo and tip videos! Sign up HERE.

@streetparking Instagram: That's right! We will post next week's workouts on the public @streetparking Instagram account for a week! So if there was ever a week to share the workouts and tag your soon-to-be gym buddies to join in, now is the time! 

What about the stories and DMs? 
Don't worry! We can still see you when you tag us or message us @streetparkingmembers and we can still share info on our story! 

SATURDAY 3/07/20

PROGRAM A (DUMBBELLS):
5 Rounds:
Run 200 Meters
12 Dumbbell Power Clean and Jerks

RX Men: 40# DBs
RX Women: 25# DBs

RX+ Men: 50# DBs
RX+ Women: 35# DBs

Score: Total Time
Goal: Under 13 Min

The goal is to challenge yourself with the weight on the clean and jerk. Choose something you can move well with - but might not be able to go “unbroken” each round. Push the run pace to finish between 8-13 minutes 

PROGRAM B (BARBELL OPTION):
Swap out the dumbbells for a barbell on the Clean and Jerks and drop the number of reps each round to 10.

RX Men: 75-95#
RX Women: 55-65# 

 RX+ Men: 115-135#
RX+ Women: 75-85#

PROGRAM C (ROW/BIKE OPTION):
Choose either the dumbbell or barbell option for the clean and jerks. Then swap the run for ONE of the following:
Row 250 Meters
or
Bike 15 Cal Men / 11 Cal Women 

TEAM VERSION:
In Teams of 2 Complete: 
5 Rounds
Partner 1: Run 200 Meters
Partner 2: Max Reps Power Clean and Jerks 
then when Partner 1 returns - switch
Partner 2: Run 200 Meters
Partner 1: Max Reps Power Clean and Jerks

REPEAT until both partners have done
5 runs and 5 times of max reps clean and jerks.

Score: Total Reps Clean and Jerks between both partners combined.
Goal: 100 Reps +
*You may use dumbbells or barbell for this option.  May also swap the run for row/bike. 

RUN SUB OPTIONS (For space and weather restrictions):
1 Min Double / Single Unders
1 Min Step Ups
1 Min Taps
1 Min Lateral Dumbbell Skip Overs
