Registration is now open for the Street Parking Control Your Fitness Challenge!
We know it's the time of year where ads for the 3-week detox or 30 day cleanse or some over the top program are going to be vying for your attention, time and dollars. That's why the FREE Control Your Fitness challenge is an invitation to swim against the tide, to take control of your fitness with habits and tools that are what Street Parking is about year round.

The CYF Challenge is a 4-week challenge focused on building sustainable fitness, nutrition and lifestyle habits that can be your foundation for taking control of your fitness year round.
Follow through with the SIMPLE tasks and you can earn access to our Control Your Fitness shop to purchase exclusive gear! Don’t want to purchase a shirt or the other goodies we have for you? No problem! You can still participate and get all of the benefits the challenge has to offer!
Remember: no Street Parking Nutrition Template required to participate!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
EVERYONE! Whether it’s your first challenge or you have been around SP for years, we will give guidance on how to make this challenge work for you and your goals.
Even though it's FREE, you must still register to participate. And in order to register, log points and earn access to exclusive gear, you must be a Street Parking member*. This is a great opportunity for families to get kids involved as the challenge is nothing over the top. Also a great opportunity for our pregnant and postpartum mamas to participate and customize the challenge to make it work for whatever stage you are in while staying connected with the SP community.
*Street Parking kids (ages 10-16) are welcome to participate in the challenge without having an active SP membership. There are some families who have opted for their kids (usually ages 12 and older) to have their own SP membership account for logging and tracking workouts, but it is not a requirement of this challenge. However, for any SP Kid CYF gear to be purchased, one family member must have earned access to the CYF shop.
There's no maximum number of participants, but registration closes promptly at 4pm PST on January 7th. If you know someone who is NOT a Street Parking member and wants to participate with you, don't forget that they can JOIN SP in December for ONLY $4 by taking advantage of one of our December deals!
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
SIMPLE TASKS = SUSTAINABLE HABITS. During the 4 weeks of the challenge, your goal will be to follow the daily and weekly tasks -- tasks that are really another way of building consistent habits in the areas we believe to be most foundational to sustain your consistency!
DAILY TASKS -- these tasks focus on consistent nutrition habits like protein, fruit, veggies, & water intake, sleep routine
WEEKLY TASKS -- these tasks focus on consistent fitness & lifestyle habits: SP workouts, Maintenance, skipping alcohol, increasing mindfulness, even having some fun with the SP community
We will provide you with all the resources and tools you need, along with our community of real people and coaches for valuable support.

SMALL GROUP NUTRITION COACHING
NEXT GROUP STARTS JANUARY 11
The next Street Parking Nutrition Small Group Coaching group kicks off January 11! Although the CYF Challenge is NOT a nutrition challenge, we do have our next 6-week Small Group Nutrition Coaching group - hosted by Coaches Molly and Michelle - kicking off at the same time! (A Nutrition Template is required and there is a small cost to participate in the SGNC groups.)
WHAT IT IS: a 6-week program where we help Street Parking members integrate into the template life with coaching and community support to help you find sustainable success
WHO IS THIS SUPPORT GROUP FOR? This group is for someone that bought a Street Parking Nutrition Template and was too overwhelmed to start because of so many changes at once. This would also be for someone that has been wanting to try the templates, but perhaps too intimidated or uncertain to start on their own.
