Gymnastics Pull Warm Up

 

This warm up is great for preparing your upper body to do some pulling - think: pull ups, toes to bar, pull-overs, muscle ups, etc. It’ll take 2-3 minutes to run through it once. If you feel your shoulders and lats need a little more love, run through it a second time!
