Creamy Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
Another common question for members new to the template is “what sort of salad dressing can I use?” There is the very simple balsamic vinegar and olive oil that you can make yourself (or find one with template-compliant ingredients), but this is another delicious one which could serve as a dip for raw veggies.

INGREDIENTS
1 Medium sized Avocado (2 fat servings)
1 clove Garlic peeled
1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
1/4 cup/30 grams non-fat greek yogurt (¼ protein serving)
1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice or white vinegar
3 tablespoons Olive Oil (3 fat servings)
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
¼ cup Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients In a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times. Thin the salad dressing out with about 1/4 cup water until it reaches a desired consistency.
Keep in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
