Pizza Crust- Grain Free

If you're going to "CHEAT" - there are some cleaner ways to do it!!! 2 things to remember:

Paleo doesn't always equal "healthy" !!
And sometimes...the unhealthy, greasy, sugary version can be worth it.

Pizza Crust- Grain Free
Serves: 5 People


Ingredients:
2 Cups Almond Flour ( I use Bob Red Mill)
1 Cup Arrow Root
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs
1/2 unsweetened Almond Milk •

Calories 395
15.8g Protein
33g Carbs
22.5g Fat

Optional toppings:
I skipped the cheese and used the following:

Organic spinach chicken sausage
Sliced black olives
Sliced artichoke hearts
Sliced fire roasted red bell peppers
1/2 cup Organic marinara pasta sauce
Topped with arugula •
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Grease a baking sheet (Coconut oil, olive oil grass fed butter etc).
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk to blend ingredients.

In a small bowl whisk eggs and almond mild together. Then blend with the dry ingredients- make sure you blend until you have a solid dough.

Use a spatula to spread to spread dough onto greased pan.
Bake crust in oven for 8-12 minutes.
Remove crust from oven and top with sauce and any other desired toppings
Bake for another 10-15 minutes ENJOY!
