Crispy Brussels sprouts
For the month of November we will be doing some “healthier” side dishes for your Thanksgiving dinner. They won’t fit the template PERFECTLY, but we will show you some simple ways to take your classic dishes and make them slightly better! This week is just a super simple Crispy Brussels Sprout dish that would go great with your turkey dinner or just ANY meal.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb./450 grams Brussels Sprouts
3 TBSP Ghee
Garlic powder to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F
Heat Ghee in cast iron pan over medium heat. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut brussels sprouts in half and place cut side down in pan
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes without stirring
Mix up brussels sprouts, ghee and seasoning, adding more seasoning if you like
Put in oven for 15 minutes
Enjoy the delicious crispiness!
*The ingredients above will fit well for a small cast iron pan. If you have a larger pan you may want to double the recipe
