SP WEEKLY: THERE'S STILL TIME... BARELY!

Today is the day! Have you logged VEINTICINCO yet? For thousands of you, today marks the end of the first round of the VAULT and - as long as your score is entered by 5pm PST TODAY - you are on track to earn the first run of the EARNED, can't be bought Vault shirt! Seriously, have you logged it yet?!?

But what if you missed a week? What if you joined Street Parking partway through? Or for some of you that doozy of a 25 minute workout may have been your first Vault workout completed!? (Extra high fives to you!) 

What's next?

THE VAULT: WHAT'S NEXT?

For years in the SP programming, Mondays were always re-test workouts. These were the days for you to compare you versus you and to see your progress -- whether you got faster, stronger, or did movements that you couldn't do before. We LOVE these kind of milestones and victories, so we decided why not encourage and celebrate your commitment to consistency with giving you another chance to earn FREE gear?! Enter the Vault, which kicked off with UNO way back on January 5th, 2020. 

So what happens now that Veinticinco and all its Devil Presses are done? 

WE KEEP GOING! 

The next round of the Vault kicks off JULY 6th, which means we are back to UNO

For any weeks that you missed, it means your time is coming. You can check the weeks that you missed logging (data available for weeks 1-21 HERE) and do everything you can to make sure you log those scores this time around. 

But what if you did all 25? DON'T STOP and definitely don't get into the habit of cherry picking: use each week of the Vault as a re-test! We have NO DOUBT you are going to be seeing some PRs, so much so in fact that we are going to celebrate those PRs with you! Each week of the second round of the Vault, let us see your PRs on your posts using #SPVAULTPR and we'll share some goodies and giveaways with you.

And one more reminder for those of you who finished all 25 this round: first off, WELL DONE! Second, make sure your score is logged correctly. And finally, you can head to the Vault page and submit your info to claim your Vault tee! Remember, the process will take several weeks for verifying your status, plus the ordering and shipping of the shirts -- so as exciting as it is, be patient.

Making plans for a weekend camping trip or need some simple workouts your kiddos can join in? Street Parking members can find a "BODYWEIGHT" section on Members Only complete with a downloadable PDF of 50 Street Parking workouts! 


3 THINGS TO KNOW.... 

  1. Just like we say about SHIFT workouts, simple does not mean easy! As long as you bring your intensity, these workouts will challenge you! 

  2. These workouts are great for the kids of all ages! Fun idea: print out the PDF and have them pick their workout of the day! Be sure tag your #streetparkingkids too!  

  3. You'll see the original date of the workout listed with each workout -- use that to log the workout in Wodify to keep working toward your free gear!
