DAILY SHIFT WORKOUTS

As with all Street Parking workouts, you can do SHIFT with minimal equipment and limited time. SHIFT is a perfect place to start if you are new to this type of training. These workouts are also great for pregnant/postpartum mamas, those returning from illness/injury, seniors, even your kids! SHIFT workouts are comprised primarily of bodyweight only or light-weight movements needing only a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell. The simplified movements mean you can learn how to move efficiently and safely, while also incorporating intensity as YOU are ready!
