October is in full swing so what does that mean at Street Parking?!?
We're halfway through our Fall Into Consistency Nutrition Challenge, we're in the homestretch of birthday (workout) season, and Miranda's gone full Pumpkin Spice over on the VLOG.
Today is all about giving you a quick run through of what we want to make sure you know about... so it's packed with links to some of our newest resources and tried and true favorites.
Whether this is your first week or you've been here long enough to know what birthday workout is next, read on...
QUICK SP CHEAT SHEET: "When we say ______, it means _______..."
"MEMBERS ONLY" = our private, Members Only website that is accessible using the invite and link you received when you first joined SP. This is THE place to go for ALL daily workouts/demos, Accessory workouts, Extra programs, Bodyweight workouts, Maintenance videos, the Movement Library, Nutrition & Mamas resources, an entire "LEARN" section that we can't recommend enough and so much more as you will see below.
"MEMBERS IG" or just "IG" = our private @streetparkingmembers Instagram that all Instagram-using members receive access to follow where SPHQ content (such as live workouts and announcements) is shared.
"MEMBERS FB" = our private Street Parking members only Facebook group. This and the Street Parking Pregnant/Postpartum Moms group are the ONLY two official SP groups run by SPHQ staff. (Other than Nutrition Challenge groups when there is an active Nutrition Challenge.)
WHAT'S NEW?

NEW WARM UPS - We've got some NEW warm ups for you to check out HERE! These videos demonstrate all the movements/warm up flows listed in the daily workout. Remember: you do not have to do each warm up suggested! Everyone has different needs, so pick a couple to try throughout the week and see what works best for you. Feel free to mix and match to make it work for you or how much time you have each day!

NOT NEW, BUT TRIED & TRUE
Much like how Netflix's Schitt's Creek is finally getting the recognition it deserves, these are some of our favorite resources that have been around awhile but maybe you just haven't checked out yet... but when you do, you'll be wondering how you could have missed it...
STREET PARKING UNLOCKED - the "UNLOCKED" series is a 7 part newsletter series providing insight into the Street Parking philosophy to help you make the most of the program. Take a deep dive into the 'why', 'what' and 'how' on a variety of topics such as "do I need to do more than just the daily workout to get results?" or 'how do I mix in the Accessory workouts?" or "how many rest days do you recommend based on my experience?" (Hint: the answer to the first question is NO.) Find all of them HERE.
PODCASTS - speaking of Netflix, the Street Parking podcasts are not there, BUT you can find us on YouTube, Spotify and Apple. You can hear from Coach Jeb on Jeb in Flow where he unpacks different topics to "Pay Attention" to beyond simply fitness (can't recommend his recent birthday episode enough), or our SP Mamas podcast with Coach Carolina who regularly interviews SP mamas to help connect our community, or Miranda's More Than Nothing podcast that helped all of us embrace the MTN mindset in and out of our garage gym life.
MIRANDA RANTS - yes, that's what we affectionately call the social media
Facebook lives when Miranda says things like "we want you to log your workouts to make notes in case we repeat it, not because we are looking at scores. As in, we never, ever look at scores or care if you hit the RX button or not." If you are part of SP Facebook community, you can turn on your notifications for when Miranda goes live to answer YOUR questions on the SP experience as well as when Julian goes live for his weekly Java talks. GET STARTED - for a workout program that is all about effectively simplifying your fitness, we know it might feel overwhelming to figure out where to start with all of your options. Let us help! If we could direct you to one page it's THIS. Consider it your road map through everything we have for you including tips like "make the workout work for you" and why we literally say there is no right or wrong way to use this program (except for not using it at all, of course.) Just be sure to read it, as opposed to giving it the 5 second scroll... JK we know you hang on every word.
