Everything But the Bagel Wings

Everything But the Bagel Wings

Whole Kitchen Sink 
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons mayo (Recommendation use primal kitchen foods) 
2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
4-5 tablespoons Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
OR:
2 tablespoons dried minced garlic
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Directions: 
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
1. Place an oven safe baking/cooling rack on top of a baking sheet to allow fat to drip off during baking
3. Mix mayo, mustard, oil into a small bowl
4.Once combined, add to a larger bowl with chicken wings and use hands to evenly coat
5. Toss or roll wings in Everything but the Bagel seasoning
6. Place wings on the rack, or directly on baking sheet if desired, evenly spaced
7. Sprinkle any additional Everything but the Bagel seasoning over wings if desired
8. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through


Note: depending on the size of the wings, baking time may differ and additional time may be needed
